Please note that the warranty is personal and can only be claimed by the person who made the purchase.
When is the warranty valid?
- The warranty is valid when you follow the instructions we provide for the use, washing, and maintenance of our cycling apparel and accessories.
- We recommend carefully following the washing and drying instructions stated on the label.
How to proceed?
- To report a manufacturing problem, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, at least one photo highlighting the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
- We will take care of the shipping costs if a non-conformity from our production standards is found.
- Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging, along with all its components and purchase documentation.
- If we determine a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with warranty activation, offering replacement, repair, or a possible refund.
When is the warranty invalid?
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence during washing and drying, or carelessness in storing the product.
- It is also not applicable to customized or custom-made products.
- Please keep in mind that if no defect or conformity issue related to our production is found, you may be responsible for inspection and transportation costs. However, you can still request a repair quotation.
